The Role

Join our passionate production team at Bega on the Far South Coast of NSW , where we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dairy products enjoyed across Australia. You’ll be part of a supportive, safety-focused and collaborative team that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly every day.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with procedures and standards

• Deliver production activities to meet daily and weekly schedules and targets

• Perform quality checks and follow work instructions to ensure product specifications are met

• Monitor machines and processes, identifying and escalating issues promptly

• Support a positive team culture through communication, collaboration and continuous improvement

About You

• Must be able to commit to possible Nightshift and Weekend work

• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements

• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality products

• Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to manufacturing, trade or production environments

• Clear communicator who works well in a team, shows reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn

• Willing to commit to a 24/6 rotating roster

• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles
